setting, to incl some solid exp in each: applying psychometric & quantitative research methods (Classical Test, Item
Response, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Generalized Linear Modeling, Generalizability);
conducting qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, observations, doc analysis); applying qualitative analysis
techniques; dsgng & implmtg evaluation frameworks (utilization-focused evaluation, participatory evaluation, mixed-
method evaluation designs); prep’g reports & communicating results to clients, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, in
