ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that Sealed bids the following project, will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi in the Boardroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Building, Oxford, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 12th, 2026, and shortly thereafter they will be publicly opened and recorded for the following project:

Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says the bid enclosed is less than or does not exceed $50,000.00. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed with the Project Name as shown above. Bids should be filed electronically at www.lafayettemsbids.com or submitted to the Chancery Clerk at 300 N Lamar Blvd, Oxford, MS.
