TO: THE HEIRS OF ROSIE MAY (MURRAY) COLEMAN, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSIE MAY (MURRAY) COLEMAN, DECEASED

You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by MIKE ROBERTS, Petitioner, seeking a to determine the heirship of the Estate of ROSIE MAY (MURRAY) COLEMAN, Deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on the 16th day of NOVEMBER, 2026 in the Lafayette County Chancery Court in Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
