An Order Granting Petition to Open Ancillary Administration was granted on March 14, 2025 by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi in Cause No. 24 CV 0584 to the undersigned INEZ MCCULLAR POAGUE, Administratrix of the Estate of John William Poague, deceased. Notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present same to the clerk of this court to probate and registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
