THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF LINDA DOYLE, DECEASED, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LINDA DOYLE, DECEASED, OR IN ANY WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING FROM HER DEATH, WHOSE NAMES AND WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY

You have been made a Defendant/Respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed in this Court by Martravious Doyle, seeking a determination that he is the sole heir at law and sole wrongful death beneficiary of Linda Doyle, deceased. Any interest you may claim in the estate of Linda Doyle, deceased, or in any wrongful death cause of action arising from her death, may be affected by this proceeding.

YOU ARE SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed in this action at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026, at the Lafayette County Chancery Courthouse, 300 N. Lamar Blvd., Oxford, Mississippi 38655. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Chancery Clerk or from the undersigned counsel.
