THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI

TO: The unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, or statutory beneficiaries under MISS. CODE ANN. § 11-7-13 of Ramey Westbrook, Jr., Deceased, and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Ramey Westbrook, Jr., Deceased.

You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of Heirs at Law of Ramey Westbrook, Jr., Deceased, filed in this Court by the Administrator, Mary Young, Petitioner, seeking, among other things, a determination and adjudication of heirship of the decedent, Ramey Westbrook, Jr., under Miss. Code Ann. § 11-7-3.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, at the Courtroom of the Honorable Robert Q. Whitwell, located in the Lafayette County Chancery Building, 300 North Lamar, Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
