TO: Janette Perry, the unknown heirs at law of Janette Perry, and any and all individuals or legal entities, firms and corporations who or which may have or claim any legal or equitable interest in the real property described herein.

You have been made a Defendant in the Suit Filed in this Court by Herbert Patton, Jasmine Patton,
RiverHills Bank, Plaintiffs, seeking reformation of a Quitclaim Deed, declaratory judgment, and other equitable relief concerning certain real property located in Lafayette County, Mississippi. The Complaint seeks, among other relief, reformation of a Quitclaim Deed dated December 10, 1999, concerning the property at issue; a declaration regarding the ownership of and interests in the subject property; and a declaration concerning the validity and priority of RiverHills Bank’s Deed of Trust encumbering the subject property.

You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to G. Dewey Hembree, one of the Attorneys for the Plaintiff, RiverHills Bank, whose street address is 100 Vision Drive, Suite 375, Jackson, Mississippi 39211

YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 8TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2026 WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.

You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
