TO: The heirs at law of John William Poague, deceased and to all unknown heirs at law and next of kin of John William Poague, deceased, whose names, residences, whereabouts, post office addresses, and street addresses are unknown to the Petitioner Inez McCullar Poague Administrator and to her attorney Brian L. Davis, after diligent search and inquiry having been made by each to ascertain the same; and all persons having or claiming any legal or equitable interest in and to the estate of John William Paogue, deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday the 30th day of September, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Court in the Lafayette County Chancery Courthouse 300 N. Lamar Boulevard Oxford, MS 38655 and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
