BID ADVERTISEMENT
The CITY OF OXFORD, Mississippi is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the following project:

CROSSWALK LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. ENG4Q26-RD1
Improvements include the materials and installation of crosswalk lighting at the Town Square in the City of Oxford, MS. The technical specifications, construction drawings and contract documents are available to bidders at
www.oxfordmsbids.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. The Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, Federal Express (FEDEX), United Parcel Service (UPS) or electronic submission. All bids are due on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 at 10:00 am.

The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
