You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed by RONALD MATHIS and MATRICHIA BOOKER, in this Court, styled Petition for Determination of Heirs at Law of Eva (McEwen) Booker, et.al. Defendants other than you in this matter are CORA BOOKER, TERESA BOOKER, KENEITH BOOKER, et al.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 23rd day of September 2026, in the courtroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Building located in Oxford, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
