NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids for the following project:

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ANNEX AUDIO VISUAL PACKAGE

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified companies to provide and install new audio visual equipment at the Development Services Annex Building located at 715 Molly Barr Road in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission. There will be a pre-bid meeting held at the site on August 27th at 10:00 am.

Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due on or before Thursday, September 10th at 1:00 pm at which time qualified bids will be publicly opened. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid.

The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
