THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The unknown heirs at law of Eugene Wilkins, Deceased, and any all unknown persons claiming any right, title and interest in and to the estate of the Eugene Wilkins
You have been named as a defendant by Penny Wilkins Burcham, Petitioner and Administratrix of the Estate of Eugene Wilkins, Deceased, who is seeking a judicial determination of the heirs of Eugene Wilkins, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition at 9:30 a.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2026, in Courtroom 3 of the Lafayette County Chancery Building located in Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition and you will be forever barred thereafter from making said claim.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
