PUBLIC NOTICE

BID NOTICE

The Lafayette County School District will accept sealed bid proposals until 3:00 p.m., July 29, 2026, for the purchase, replacement, or repair of the football video scoreboard. Bid Specifications and Scope of Work for this project can be acquired from the District website at www.gocommodores.org under the Finance Department link.
Sealed Bid proposals shall be delivered to:
Lafayette County School District
100 Commodore Drive
Oxford, MS 38655
Bid packages shall clearly indicate “LAFAYETTE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL VIDEO BOARD REPLACEMENT”.
At 3:00 p.m., bid packages will be opened and awarded based upon the lowest and best proposal as determined by the District.
