NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters of Administration having been granted on 14th day of April, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi to James Conway Dabney, III and Emmalee Rainey, Administrators of the Estate of Elizabeth Rainey, Deceased, notice is hereby given, pursuant to § 91-7-145 of the Mississippi Code to all persons having claims against the Estate to present the same to the Clerk of this Court. Failure to have a claim probated and registered by the Clerk of the Court granting Letters within ninety (90) days from the first publication of the Notice to Creditors will bar such claim as provided in § 91-7-151 of the Mississippi Code.
