NOTICE TO CREDITORS

That Letters of Administration having been granted on the 20th day of May, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, to the undersigned upon the Intestate Estate of BARBARA ANN THWEATT deceased, in Cause Number 26-CV-00223-(w) in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they will be forever barred.
