TO: The unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, or statutory beneficiaries under MISS. CODE ANN. §91-1-29 (2024) of Debra A. Helms, Deceased, and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Debra A. Helms, Deceased.
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination and Adjudication of Heirship in the Estate of Debra A. Helms, Deceased, filed in this Court by Executor C.T.A. Mike Roberts, Petitioner, seeking, among other things, a determination and adjudication of heirship of the decedent, Debra A. Helms, under Miss. Code Ann. § 91-1-29 (2024).

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, at the Courtroom of the Honorable Lawrence Little, located in the Lafayette County Chancery Building, 300 North Lamar, Oxford, Mississippi, 38655, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
