CITY OF OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI

General Notice
The City of Oxford, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
SANDY COVE SEWER EXTENSION
Sealed or electronic bids for the construction of the Sandy Cove Sewer Extension will be received by the City of Oxford, c/o Leslie McCormick, City Clerk, located at 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS 38655, until Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 650 linear feet of 8” diameter SDR-26 PVC sewer line, 3 sewer manholes, sewer laterals, and the necessary appurtenances to connect Sandy Cove to the existing main in Christman Drive.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.precisionplanroom.com
Plan holders are required to log-in or register for an account to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting bids electronically in place of a sealed bid, they may do so only through www.precisionplanroom.com. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with the sealed bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
