Driver, Jr. and Estelle Driver, Plaintiff, seeking a partition of property under the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act, to-wit: Parcel ID 105-22-005.00 (PPIN 2091) N PT NE1/4, Section 22, Township 07, Range 01, Lafayette County, Mississippi; and Parcel ID 105-22-006.00 (PPIN 002092) S FR NE1/4 & N PT SE1/4, Section 22, Township 07, Range 01, Lafayette County, Mississippi.
Defendants other than you in this action are Mae Doris Driver, Annette Mitchell, Lee Page Driver, Dorothy Driver Smith, Dwight Owens, Wanda Owens, Kenneth Owens, Wallace Owens, Jeanette (Genette) Driver, Joye Driver Chandler, Jackie Driver, Sheryl Clemons, Dorothy May Tarver-Driver, Doris Jean Driver, Jimmy Floyd Driver, Mary Louise Driver and Charles R. Driver, and those other persons identified above.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock A.M. on the 13th day of July 2026, in the courtroom of the Tippah County Chancery Courthouse at Ripley, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
