TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES AND STATUTORY BENEFICIARIES OF WILLIAM SIBLEY RULLE, II, DECEASED AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING OR HAVING A LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM SIBLEY RULE, II, DECEASED.
You have been made a Respondent to a Petition filed in this Court by Scott Rule Administrator of the Estate of William Sibley Rule, II, Deceased, seeking a determination of the rightful heirs-at-law of the late William Sibley Rule, II, Deceased, who departed this life on January 10, 2026.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 a.m. on June 17, 2026, in the Calhoun County Chancery Courthouse located at 103 W. Main Street in Pittsboro, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other responsive pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
