Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 5th day of December, 2025, to the undersigned Executor by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, on the Estate of Ricky L. Henry, Deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Lafayette, County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
