ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that Lafayette County School District, Mississippi, will accept sealed proposals from qualified professionals to provide Disaster Recovery Consulting Services. Firms or companies desiring to provide services as described in the Scope of Work shall submit sealed proposal in one (1) original, four (4) complete copies, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format, not later than 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 to Lafayette County School District, 100 Commodore Drive, Oxford, MS 38655. Printed copies of this RFP are available at the Lafayette County School District Superintendent’s Office, located at 100 Commodore Drive, Oxford, MS 38655. Electronic copies may be obtained by emailing bryan.white@gocommodores.org. Proposals must be submitted to the Lafayette County School District Superintendent’s Office at 100 Commodore Drive, Oxford, MS 38655, in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked in the lower left corner “Request for Proposal for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services Bid Date: April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.”
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the District.
