TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES AND STATUTORY BENEFICIARIES OF MARY ANN REED BOWEN, DECEASED AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING OR HAVING A LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY ANN REED BOWEN, DECEASED
You have been made a Respondent to a Petition filed in this Court by Mark Bowen Administrator of the Estate of Mary Ann Reed Bowen, Deceased, seeking a determination of the rightful heirs-at-law of the late Mary Ann Reed Bowen, Deceased, who departed this life on January 5, 2026.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, the 14th day of May, 2026, in the Lafayette County Chancery Building, Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other responsive pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
