PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:
Walk of Lights Expansion 2
The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from vendors to add Christmas style lights to the existing structure and footprint of the Walk of Lights hosted at mTrade Park at 4259 Old Sardis Road. Bid documents are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders should download and review plans and specifications through the City of Oxford’s bid portal in order to be added to the planholders list. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at mTrade Park on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged, but not required to attend.
Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission (www.oxfordmsbids.com). All bids are due on or before 1:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Bids that do not include a bid security will be considered unresponsive. Bid bonds may be received digitally. Certified checks must be hand delivered.
