To: UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF VERNETHA WELLS, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE AN HEIR AT LAW OF VERNETHA WELLS, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING A LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VERNETHA WELLS, DECEASED

You have been made a Defendant in the above styled and numbered petition filed in this Court on October 9, 2025 by Laraine Miller, Individually, seeking a determination of the heirs at law of Vernetha Wells, Deceased, and a determination of the identity of any and all persons or entities claiming a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Vernetha Wells, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you for a determination of heirs and persons with a legal or equitable interest in this action at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 4th day of May, 2026 before Chancellor Lawrence L. Little in the courtroom of the Marshall County Chancery Courthouse, 128 East Van Dorn Avenue, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered granting relief sought in the complaint or petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
