THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW, IF ANY, AND THEIR EXECUTORS, HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS OF RANDALL GLENN KISNER, DECEASED, AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN HIS ESTATE AND A 2.3 AC PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN NE4 AND THE NW4 OF SEC 12, TWN 8 S, R 3 W, LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MS DEFENDANTS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The unknown heirs of Randall Glenn Kisner, Deceased, their Heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns, and any and all persons claiming or having any interest in the Estate of Randall Glenn Kisner, deceased, and property located in the Northeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 8 South, Range 3 West, and containing 2.3 acres, more or less, located at 129 County Road 215, Oxford, MS 38655, being situated in Lafayette County, Mississippi.
You have been named as interested parties in a Petition filed in the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, by Timothy Jay Kisner, Petitioner, for the determination of the heirs of his deceased father, Randall Glenn Kisner, to allow the transfer of said real property by deed, and such other relief as requested therein.
You are summoned to appear at 9:00 o’clock a.m., on the 8th day of May , 2026 in the Courtroom of the Lafayette County Courthouse in Oxford, MS, to show cause, if any you can, why Timothy Jay Kisner, Administrator, should not be determined as the son and sole Heir at Law of Randall Glenn Kisner, his deceased father and why he should not be allowed to convey the real property owned by Randall Glenn Kisner at the time of his death and why he should not be put in possession of and title to said property.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire. If you file such a response, the original of your response must be filed with the Chancery Court Clerk of Lafayette County in Oxford, MS and a copy sent to Counsel for Petitioner.
