ADMINISTRATRIX’S NOTICE OF CREDITORS OF VERNETHA WELLS, DECEASED:
Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 2nd day of March, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, in said Cause No. 2025-461-LL to Laraine Miller, Administratrix of the Estate of Vernetha Wells, Deceased, notice is hereby given to all entities having claims against said estate to present them to the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the first date of publication of Notice to Creditors, or they will be forever barred. This Notice is specifically being provided in connection with any potential claims regarding any account or debt of said Vernetha Wells, Deceased.
