1.The subject matter of the said hearing shall be: AMENDED PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN OF A MINOR UNDER MISS. CODE ANN. §93-20-202 AND TO DECLARE THE MINOR CHILD NEGLECTED AND / OR ABANDONED.

2.The Petitioner’s hearing before this Honorable Court is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9:30 am, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Calhoun County Chancery Court, in Pittsboro, Mississippi, physically located at 103 W Main St #192, Pittsboro, MS 38951.

3.Pursuant to Rule 81 of the Miss. R. of Civ. Pro., you are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire within the time allowed by the Rule.
