MARK RICHARD PEDRON, DECEASED

NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF INSOLVENT ESTATE
Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 11th day of March, 2025, by the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, to the above referenced Executor upon the Estate of Mark Richard Pedron, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate that there are insufficient assets with which to satisfy all claims in full and that the estate is insolvent. Therefore, pursuant to Miss. Code §91-7-269, all creditors who possess claims against the estate including those who possess claims that are not required by law to be probated, must probate and register their claims with the clerk of the court on or before March 18, 2026 or they will be forever barred. It shall not be necessary for any creditor to re-file with the clerk any claim which has been duly probated and registered within the time and in the manner required by law. All other claims, unless filed with the clerk by the day named in this notice, shall not be allowed. On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Lafayette County Chancery Building in Oxford, Mississippi, the court shall examine the claims and will order valid claims to be paid pro rata. All creditors may attend.
