WHEREAS, on the 9 day of October 2019, Jason Cresswell et uxor Lexa Cresswell conveyed in trust, for the benefit of Ernest E. Creamer, III and Katie Iryne Creamer, to Staci Blackwell, Trustee, in order to secure a certain indebtedness, that tract of real property situated in Lafayette County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 33 and 34 of the Holiday Shores Subdivision Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 5 West, Lafayette County, Mississippi, according to the plat in Cabinet A, Slides 11, 12, and 13, including a manufactured housing unit permanently affixed thereto, bearing Number AL291OR992632.
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust is filed and found among the land records of the Chancery Clerk of Lafayette County, Mississippi, as Instrument Number 2019-8558 as of October 14, 2019;
WHEREAS, the undersigned M. REED MARTZ was substituted as Trustee in replacement of Staci Blackwell, named in said Deed of Trust (inst. 2022-5613); and
WHEREAS, the said Beneficiary has requested the Substituted Trustee to foreclose said Deed of Trust; default having been made and declared in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said conveyance in trust,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, M. Reed Martz, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the hours of 11 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m., at the east door of the Lafayette County Courthouse at Oxford, Mississippi, on the 25th day of August 2022, the hereinabove described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust, situated in Lafayette County, State of Mississippi.
